Scholarships for young artisans

Each quarter we fund two apprenticeships for culinary students from rural Anatolia, covering lodging, stipends, and mentoring in sugar arts.

Harvest share with ingredient cooperatives

Five percent of sales from seasonal collections returns to our partner cooperatives for soil regeneration, bee habitat preservation, and water stewardship.

Community table initiative

We donate confection trays and tea service to neighbourhood shelters every Bayram and host monthly storytelling evenings featuring refugee artisans.
