Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

These terms govern all purchases and services supplied by Anatolian Sweet Haven Ltd. (“Anatolian Sweet Haven”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Turkey at Gazipaşa Bulvarı No:12, Konak, 35210 Izmir. Our primary website is anatoliansweets.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering products, booking tastings, or using our website you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreements. If you disagree with any provision, please refrain from using our services.

3. Ordering & Contracts

Orders may be placed online, by email, or through our concierge team. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order if products are unavailable, payment is not authorised, or the request conflicts with food safety regulations. Custom commissions require a signed proposal outlining deliverables, artwork approvals, and production timelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of Turkish VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes outside Turkey are the customer’s responsibility. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers for corporate clients, and other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card details.

5. Production & Ingredients

Our sweets are handmade in small batches. Natural variations in colour or texture may occur and are not considered defects. Ingredients, allergens, and storage guidance are published on product pages and packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information and notifying us of dietary requirements prior to ordering.

6. Delivery & Risk

Orders ship from Izmir, Turkey using tracked couriers. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk and responsibility pass to you upon delivery confirmation. Inspect parcels promptly and report transit damage within 48 hours via [email protected] with photographs of the packaging and contents.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations are not possible once production has begun. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to consume as detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy. Replacement decisions are made within three business days of receiving evidence.

8. Corporate & Bespoke Services

Bespoke hampers, white-label projects, and large-volume orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% to reserve production capacity. Remaining balances are due prior to dispatch. Intellectual property in designs created by Anatolian Sweet Haven remains ours unless a written transfer is executed. Client-provided artwork must be owned or properly licensed by the client.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on anatoliansweets.com, including recipes, copy, imagery, packaging designs, and trademarks, belongs to Anatolian Sweet Haven Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of our products or website.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transport strikes, or government restrictions. We will notify you promptly and offer alternative timelines where possible.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Izmir, Turkey. Consumers residing in the European Union retain statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws.
